    • Yield Calculation.

    • Project charter.
    • Sipoc
    • Process flow diagram.

Day 2

  • Session 1

    • Identify project output .
    • Pareto (80-20 principle), Fishbone diagram, Scatter plot, Histogram, stratification.
    • Control charts.
    • Data collection and stratification (Data types and sample).
    • Data collection strategy.

Day 2

  • Session 2

    • 7 types of wastes.
    • Value added and non-value added activities.
    • How to identify the wastes.

Day 2

  • Session 3

    • Introduction to Normal distribution.
    • Calculation of Z value.
    • Histogram and types of shapes.
    • Generate possible solutions (Poka yoke).
    • Control plan.
