Ranjeet is a graduate in Production Engineering from Pune University, and has a professional experience or over 22 years. He has wide knowledge in Quality functions and Business Excellence function, he is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a ZED certified consultant, and an IATF internal auditor. He has also completed a Lean management course from BMGI. He has conducted Global Six Sigma training in USA, Russia, Europe, and South East Asian countries during his tenure at Bekaert India Ltd.

Currently, Ranjeet consults many organizations for Six Sigma Green/Black Belt trainings, project implementation and Quality Circle implementation. He is proficient in using Minitab, and has helped many clients/trainees do analysis using Minitab. He has also implemented Quality systems in couple of organizations.

Bekaert India Ltd (Mar 2011 – Aug 2015)

At Bekaert Ranjeet was the Technical and Quality Head. Quality system implementation, establishing processes and developing a team of young engineers to delivery their responsibility and targets was his key role. He was responsible for overall Quality function and process improvements. Ranjeet also took up a global role of International trainer and Coordinator for Six Sigma, where he helped train and coach many green belts. He also guided Bekaert plants to transition from using Statistica to Minitab.

SKF India Ltd (Mar 1996 – Mar 2011)

At SKF, Ranjeet played a key role in establishing one-piece flow in their manufacturing units, while he also led Quality System implementation, audits and handling customer complaints. He took up 

business excellence initiatives, as a Black Belt for process improvement projects and coaching and mentoring for Green Belts. He also conducted Green Belt training sessions at SKF.
